Who will I actually be working with, and how involved are you during construction?

You'll work directly with Nicholas. This is a small practice by design, not by accident. We don't hand projects off to junior staff after the first meeting. During construction, Nicholas visits site at key stages and is available by phone and email throughout. The frequency of site visits depends on the project, but you'll always know where things are up to and who to call if something comes up. It is better to work with a small practice for these reasons: that you have a personal connection with those designing your home, we are contactable and we care.
