Not necessarily. Custom doesn't have to mean complicated. A lot of what we do is about being clever with proportion, orientation, and standard materials used well. Sometimes the most cost-effective move is a smaller home that's been designed so carefully it feels bigger than it is. We're not interested in complexity for its own sake. Higher construction costs come from runaway decision making when design clarity is not provided early enough. We work through all the options with you early on and get these priced so we know the build cost before we break ground.
